How is civil society addressing climate change?

This website gives a snapshot:

The NAZCA* Global Climate Action portal displays actions that cities, companies, investors, and regions (i.e. non-state actors) are taking to address climate change. These actions are self-reported.

There's a specific section that shows the commitments of civil society organizations.

The NAZCA portal is hosted by the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It's updated annually, prior to or during the annual United Nations Climate Change Conferences (the Conferences of the Parties), where States Parties meet to review progress on climate change.

The portal doesn't currently track progress on commitments, but this is in the works.
